Understanding the 2025 E-Invoicing Law

January 1, 2025

All businesses must be able to receive electronic invoices in XRechnung or ZUGFeRD format.

January 1, 2027

Companies with revenue over €800,000 must issue all B2B invoices electronically.

January 1, 2028

All businesses, regardless of size, must issue B2B invoices electronically.
